2.18 lb. Core Density | 95% Closed Cell Content | 7.1 R-Value Per Inch
ECOTITE HFO is a medium-density closed cell insulation for use in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional structures, both new and retrofit. ECOTITE HFO creates a bond to almost every kind of construction material on market. It can be applied to walls, roof, rim joists, crawl space foundations and most difficult spaces.
It exhibits superior thermal insulation, air-barrier, and sound attenuation properties compared to conventional insulation materials. Once fully cured ECOTITE HFO remains rigid maintaining significant structural strength and thermal insulation properties in adverse conditions across a wide variety of applications.
ECOTITE HFO medium-density SPF has an R-Value of 7.1 per inch.
Superior formulation provides consistent, forgiving, user friendly foam with predictable yields.
Use on substrates as cold as -15°C (5°F).
May be used in interior, exterior, or subterranean applications.
No Ozone Depleting Substances, Global Warming Potential of 1.
2.0 lb. Core Density | 96% Closed Cell Content | 6.8 R-Value Per Inch2.0 lb. Core Density | 96% Closed Cell Content | 6.8 R-Value Per Inch
ECOTITE 2.0 MAX closed-cell spray foam insulation is an ideal way to insulate a wide variety of items. It provides more insulation in less space.
Compared to other insulation methods, closed-cell spray foam insulation provides greater energy efficiency, higher R-values, as well as better moisture control. It also provides high compressive strength and helps give protection to the applied device.
Specifically created for continuous in-service temperatures of up to 176° F (80° C) and down to -76° F (-60° C) on tanks, pipelines, and other storage devices.
ECOTITE 2.0 medium-density SPF has an exceptional R-Value of 6.8 per inch.
Use on substrates as cold as -15°C (5°F).
Safe for electrical wiring, can be applied over typical electrical wiring without affecting wire coverings.
Safe for plumbing, can be applied over PVC (polyvinyl chloride), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), PEX (cross-linked polyethylene), copper and steel piping systems.
0.5 lb. Core Density | 90% Open Cell Content | 4.1 R-Value Per Inch
Gaco EZ Spray is a two component open cell foam designed to provide good thermal performance, air impermeable insulation and to be an integral part of an air barrier assembly. Gaco EZ Spray complies with CCMC Technical Guide 07216 Spray-in-Place Open-Cell Spray Polyurethane Foam.
Open-cell insulation foam is an ideal way to efficiently insulate a building by creating an effective air barrier. Compared to traditional insulation methods, open-cell spray foam insulation provides higher energy efficiency, premium R-values, better noise reduction and better moisture and condensation control. It is an essential part of an integrated building envelope that helps a structure perform more efficiently.
Open-cell spray foam insulation performs as an effective air barrier but does not qualify as a vapor barrier.
Can be installed at a significantly lower cost than closed-cell spray foam and target the same specified RSI-value.
6 – 8 lb. Core Density | 90% Closed Cell Content | 2% Water Absorption
ECOTITE SJ pour in place foam is a two component high density expanding thermo set polyurethane resin system formulated for the under sealing, void filling & lifting of settled concrete, the stabilizing & stiffening of weak soils, and for the encapsulation & sealing of buried infrastructure.
ECOTITE SJ coupled with minimally invasive slabjacking injection technique achieves repairs without the necessity of excavation or demolition.
When compared to other solutions, such as mud jacking, grout injection, or grinding, there is no comparison. ECOTITE SJ slab jacking foam delivers faster, more stable and more cost effective solutions.
Available in 6.0 or 8.0 lb. densities.
Superior expansive properties enable better void fills and soil compression.
90% faster than competitive solutions.
Lightweight (less than 5% of comparable quantity of cement or grout) - reduces the risk of overburden on already distressed soil.
Up to 75% less than slab replacement cost.
Environmentally neutral and inert cured material, does not contribute to soil or water contamination.
2.0 lb. Core Density | 96% Closed Cell Content | 7.12 R-Value Per Inch
ECOTITE HI-TEMP is a closed-cell, 245fa blown spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation created for continuous in-service temperatures of up to 285 °F (141 °C) and down to -76 °F (-60 °C) on tanks, pipelines, and other storage devices.
ECOTITE HI-TEMP 2.0 lb. spray foam insulation has a low odor during application and produces no toxic vapors after application. Delivers a superior R value of 7.12 per inch.
Specifically created for continuous in-service temperatures of up to 285 °F (141 °C) and down to -76 °F (-60 °C) on tanks, pipelines, and other storage devices.
Once fully cured it remains rigid maintaining significant structural strength and thermal insulation properties in adverse conditions across a wide variety of applications.
Helps increase performance, while reducing heating costs.
Is dimensionally stable and will not shrink or expand.
Delivers a superior R value of 7.12 per inch.
May be used in interior, exterior, or subterranean applications.
